Coaching for Individuals

I strive to make my coaching services available to individuals who have decided they want to make some kind of change in their life and support them every step of the way.  Choose from a variety of options what kind of coaching would be the most beneficial for you. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes. All of my coaching services are available face-to-face when possible and virtually. I am happy to answer all of your questions and schedule a discovery call to see if we would be a good fit.

Transformative Coaching

There are times in both our business and our personal lives where we feel stuck or lost. Sometimes it can be because we have a big decision to make or we are facing some kind of challenge. Sometimes we need help to discover what is not known to us. Coaching is a way to allow you to reflect on what is important to you, what you need and what can be a way forward. As the client, you are an expert in your content and I am an expert in the process as a coach where I create a space for you to reflect and gain clarity. I use different kinds of question techniques and coaching tools to help you find your solutions and reach your goals.

Expat Coaching

Deciding to go to another country can be a difficult process that brings up mixed emotions and a lot of different challenges. Finding your way in a new country and adjusting to a different culture can be both exciting and scary for expats as they are navigating through an entirely new environment. Living the life you want might not always be so simple. You might be adjusting to a new job role, rebuilding your social networks and missing the support of friends and family who are far away. As an intercultural trainer and an expat myself, I am able to help you develop strategies for handling these difficult situations and provide clarity and the knowledge you need to be able to confidently find your way and create the life you want abroad.

Repatriation Coaching

Sometimes expats need the most support when they are returning home. There are many unexpected and transitional challenges that arise from repatriation. You are not the same person you were when you left and it can be an isolating and uncomfortable experience to feel like a stranger in your country. Family and friends might not understand what you are going through. During this time, I support you and we work together to find a way for you to reintegrate after your experiences abroad and reconnect in a way that helps you feel like you are coming home.
