Coaching for Companies

Coaching is a great way to help develop your global talent and support your employees  with dealing with the challenges and changes they are experiencing. Choose from a variety of options what kind of coaching would suit you best to meet your needs. All of my coaching services are available face-to-face when possible and virtually. Sessions are either 60 or 90 minutes long.  I am happy to answer all of your questions and schedule a discovery call to see if we would be a good fit as a coach and client.

Transformational Coaching

No matter if it is for an employee or an executive, coaching is a way to help people reflect on what is important and to how to gain clarity. I help support my clients to not only to develop their personal competencies and enable them to better reflect on their working and communication styles, but also on their strengths and weaknesses. My coaching helps clients to take ownership of their actions and decisions which is key for personal growth and success

.  

For executives and managers, I help coach them to create and affect sustainable change in their organizations. Leadership takes place on a personal level and can be learned. We will examine what your core motives and values that drive your behavior. Self-awareness is the cornerstone of authentic leadership and can be achieved through the tools and methods of transformative coaching. 

Expat Coaching

Sometimes when assignees and/or their families have relocated, there is need for additional support during their international assignment. When that happens, expat coaching is a solution that can help. Whether it is dealing with difficult situations in daily life, wanting clarity about new job perspectives, feeling isolated, or dealing with challenges at work. Whenever a coachee has a need that goes outside of my scope of expertise (e.g. looking for a job, bureaucratic issues, financial or insurance questions), I have an excellent network of partners that I can refer them to.

Expat coaching sessions can be added to relocation training or can be a great way to support an employee and their family if they did not receive relocation training.

Intercultural Coaching

It is not only abroad that people face cross-cultural challenges as increased intercultural cooperation has become more commonplace in multinational companies. Intercultural coaching can support employees and their families who have relocated, to help to integrate employees from other countries, managing conflict in different multicultural settings and deepen intercultural understanding for more effective collaboration and management. Within the coaching sessions, the space is created to focus more intensely on the client’s goals set together with the coach to be able manage challenges better and adapt more effective practices over time.
